Projects organize operational work; gated modules mark areas that are installed separately or not yet generally available.

- Projects need Owner, Admin, Supervisor or Manager.
- Project data stays inside the organization like everything else.
Gated modules
- Shift planner, label forge, document vault and flow automations appear as placeholders until installed for the organization.
- An uninstalled module explains what it will do and who to contact instead of failing silently.
- Do not build workflows on placeholder modules until they are enabled.
Note
If a module you expect is gated, ask an Owner to check installed apps in Settings.
Verifications & support
- Company and user verifications run through an admin review queue before restricted features unlock.
- Support tickets and contact and the profit-calculator tool live outside the organization scope and work even during suspension.
