Workspace
| Term | Meaning |

| Organization | The top-level tenant. Holds company data, members, connections and all commerce data. |
| Member | A user inside one organization, with exactly one role per organization. |
| Role | One of nine access levels: Owner, Admin, Supervisor, Manager, Picker, Finance, Support, Dropshipping, Viewer. |
| Seat | A paid membership slot. Accepting an invitation consumes one seat. |
| Connection | An authorized OAuth link to one marketplace, carrier or service account. |

Organization
- Meaning
- The top-level tenant. Holds company data, members, connections and all commerce data.
Member
- Meaning
- A user inside one organization, with exactly one role per organization.
Role
- Meaning
- One of nine access levels: Owner, Admin, Supervisor, Manager, Picker, Finance, Support, Dropshipping, Viewer.
Seat
- Meaning
- A paid membership slot. Accepting an invitation consumes one seat.
Connection
- Meaning
- An authorized OAuth link to one marketplace, carrier or service account.
Account status
- Meaning
- The billing state (ACTIVE, TRIALING, PAST_DUE, SUSPENDED, CANCELLED) gating write actions.
Catalog & channels

Safety buffer

- Units held back from pushed quantities to absorb sync latency.
Unlinked
- Meaning
- An imported listing no variant claimed yet; link it manually or create a product from it.

- Meaning
- An imported marketplace sale with buyer, lines, totals, tax and fulfillment state.
Invoice
- Meaning
- The sales bill generated from an order, numbered gaplessly (INV-…).
Credit note
- Meaning
- The reversal document for a refund or correction (CN-…).
Refund
- Meaning
- Money flowing back to the buyer; full, per-line, goodwill or shipping-only.
Return
- Meaning
- Goods flowing back from the buyer; tracked separately from the refund.
Expense
- Meaning
- A supplier cost you record, optionally via AI extraction from a receipt photo.
